SECURITY AND TRUST
Your Clients Trust You With Their Secrets. We Build Like We Know It.
If you run a law firm, a medical practice, a school, or a financial office, you hold other people's most private information. Everything we build for you is tested for weaknesses before it ships and watched after it launches, with a record you can check.
How We Protect What You Trust Us With
Three habits hold on every build, from the first line of code to the day we hand it over.

Tested Before It Ships
Every system goes through a security review before release. We test it the way an attacker would, in an isolated staging copy, and fix what we find before it ever touches your data.

Least Access, Full Record
Each system gets only the access it needs. Keys and passwords live in protected storage, never in code. A named person approves the steps that matter, and every action lands on the record.

Watched After Launch
Monitoring runs around the clock. When something looks wrong, a person is alerted, the event is logged, and you hear about it from us first.
Security Testing, Done With Permission
Frontier AI models can now find weaknesses in software faster than any team could by hand. We use them to review the code we write and to probe our own systems before you ever see them. When we assess a system you own, it happens on these terms, every time.
Rules of Engagement
- Written authorization from you before any test, naming the systems in scope
- A defined testing window, agreed in advance, with a contact on your side
- Isolated staging first, and nothing destructive against a live system
- Findings reported privately to you, with a fix plan in priority order
- A retest after the fixes, so the record shows the gap is closed
What We Never Do
- Test a system nobody authorized us to test
- Resell or share access to the security tools we use
- Run denial-of-service, ransomware, or destructive techniques
- Use your data to train an AI model
Built Around the Rules You Already Answer To
Every engagement maps to NIST Cybersecurity Framework 2.0 and the NIST AI Risk Management Framework, plus the rules your field adds. We map our work to these frameworks so your compliance story holds together. We do not issue certifications, and we will tell you when you need an auditor who does.
Law firms
A breach of client confidences, or a wire and gift card scam that looks like it came from a partner.
MAPS TOABA Model Rule 1.6(c) and your state bar's guidance on reasonable data protection
Medical practices
Patient records exposed, or ransomware that stops care for a day.
MAPS TOHIPAA Security Rule risk analysis and safeguards
Schools and colleges
Student records and financial aid data in the wrong hands.
MAPS TOFERPA, and the FTC Safeguards Rule for institutions that handle federal student aid
Financial offices
Client account data, and payment instructions changed by someone who is not your client.
MAPS TOFTC Safeguards Rule (Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act)
AI and Your Data
We tell you which AI providers touch your data and what their retention terms are, before anything goes live.
Private details can be removed before a request ever leaves your systems, so an outside model sees only what it needs.
We choose provider settings that keep your data out of model training.
If Something Goes Wrong
We contain it first, then tell you in plain words: what happened, what was touched, and what we did about it.
You get the full record. Then we fix the cause and test the fix, so the same gap does not open twice.
WHO IS ACCOUNTABLE

One Named Person Owns Security Here
Our founder, Jason Elam, leads security and testing at J.M.S. AI Solutions. He spent 31 years engineering and testing systems for the Department of Defense, including classified programs, and he holds every build we ship to that standard.
He signs off on every security test before it starts and owns the response if something goes wrong. Reports sent to security@jmsaisolutions.com go straight to him.
RESPONSIBLE DISCLOSURE
Found a Weakness? Tell Us.
If you believe you have found a security issue in this website or in any system we built, we want to hear about it, and we will work with you as a partner.
How to report
Email security@jmsaisolutions.com with "Security report" in the subject. Tell us what you found, where, and the steps to reproduce it. Please do not include anyone's personal data beyond what proves the issue.
What we commit to
We acknowledge your report within three business days, keep you updated while we fix it, and credit you publicly once it is resolved, if you would like that.
Safe harbor
If you act in good faith and stay within this policy, we will not pursue legal action against you for your research. Give us a reasonable time to fix the issue before you share it publicly.
Please do not
Leave other people's data alone: do not access, change, or delete it. Skip denial-of-service and load tests. Do not phish or socially engineer our people or our clients. The third-party services we use run their own programs, so report their issues to them.
Want to Know Where You Stand?
Start with a 30-minute conversation about the data you hold, the rules you answer to, and where the gaps are most likely to be. You leave with a clear next step, whether or not we work together.
